I have an 11 year old t...Thanks for your comments. I have an 11 year old that I am struggling to find ways to motivate this summer. He wants to sleep in, play computer, read his books, and then show up for meals. All requests for help are met with sighs and reluctance. He is at camp this week-what a relief! When he comes home I am teaching him how to do his laundry and assigning this as his job. Then it is up to him to fold, put away and such--and I won't have to ask, ask, ask for help.
