Toot Your Horn Tuesday - Suddenly Employed

Well, what should I toot about today?! I've done nothing spectacular this week. Let's see...My realtor suggested that I paint my son's puke green bedroom a more neutral color, so after plenty of procrastinating, I finally completed ONE WALL!! Yes, his room is slightly less puke green now. And since I'm starting a job tomorrow, it may be weeks before I paint another wall.

Wait a minute, did I saw "job?" Yes, I did say JOB!! I'm going to WORK tomorrow. I wasn't even looking for a job, buy one fell right into my lap and beginning tomorrow, I will be a preschool teacher at my daughter's school!! Yay Me!! I'll work 4 half days a week and Glynis can go right in with me! And this happened just in the nick of time. Next month I will be starting payments on a 3rd set of braces!!

There you have it. This is plenty to toot about. Now it's your turn. Have fun!

I've never linked here before, but I'm a moron and I put my name down, but not the project. Whoops! Sorry!

Braces? Yikes, I'm not there yet with my kids, but I don't even want to think about those bills!

Oops. I'm so sorry. I accidentally called my project the wrong name. #37. It is actually a birdie shirt. It links to the right post but the name is misleading. So sorry.

Hurray for just in time jobs!

I love on decorating shows how they always paint an entire room in a snap and it's because they don't tell you they have like a million people working on it. Painting always takes me so much longer than I think it will.
